Description
Engage in High-Speed Rimfire Competition
TheHang Fast Targets Dueling Tree 6-Plate Rimfireis a purpose-built reactive target system designed to deliver instant feedback and competitive excitement. Specifically engineered for .22LR and pellet rifles (min. 700 fps), this tree eliminates the need for manual resets, allowing you to focus entirely on your speed and accuracy.
Unmatched Durability and Safety
Unlike many rimfire targets that use mild steel for the frame, the Hang Fast Dueling Tree features full AR500 armor protection. Both the center post and the base crossmember are constructed from 1/4″ AR500 steel, ensuring the entire unit can withstand thousands of rounds without structural failure. The flat center post design prevents dangerous ricochets and accidental partial turns by ensuring missed shots don’t deflect into the paddles.
Fully Adjustable for Any Terrain
One of the most innovative features of this system is its fully adjustable base. Most dueling trees require perfectly flat ground to function correctly; however, the Hang Fast design allows you to adjust for plumb on uneven hillsides or slopes. You can easily fine-tune the side-to-side and forward angles to ensure every plate responds the same for each competitor.
Key Features & Specifications:
- Target Plates: Includes (6) 4-inch diameter paddles made from 1/4″ AR500 steel.
- Versatile Sizing: Compatible with optional swinger plates in 1″, 2″, and 3″ diameters for increased difficulty.
- Reversible Armor: Both the center post and crossmember armor are reversible, effectively doubling the lifespan of the target system.
- Precision Engineering: Designed from the ground up to solve common “stuck paddle” and inconsistency issues found in older dueling tree designs.
- Made in the USA: Built with high-quality American steel for long-lasting outdoor use.
Whether you’re training for an NRL22 match or just looking for backyard plinking fun, the Hang Fast Dueling Tree offers a professional-grade experience that is both affordable and incredibly durable.
Grade 8 Bolt info
- 150,000 PSI Tensile Strength: More than double the strength of standard 60,000 PSI hardware store bolts.
- Prevents Shearing: Standard bolts fail in as few as 20 rounds from a 7.62×39 rifle because the intense plate vibration shears the heads right off. Grade 8 hardware resists this kinetic torque.
- Safer Shooting: The smooth, low-profile carriage heads minimize dangerous bullet splatter deflection.
- Easy Setup: The square neck locks directly into our square-hole plates. You only need one wrench for target assembly.
- Hard to Find Local: Grade 8 hardware is highly specialized. We strongly recommend adding them to your order so you don’t get stranded at the range.
